Pay special attention to what you drink, too. If you really aim at losing some weight, you should stay away from any sweetened beverages, like soda pops or energy drinks. It might also be a good idea to remove any industrially prepared juice from your diet and replace it with water. You will be amazed by how much impact can it have over your diet.
